Compared to 2,849 registered enterprises in 2018, there were 3,838 registered construction companies operating in Kosova in 2021, showcasing a notable growth trend.
In 2022 alone, a total of 177 building permits were issued in the capital city of Kosova. This reflects a surge in construction activity and signals robust development prospects within the sector.
Projections suggest that Kosova will require approximately 60,000 new apartments in the next five years, including associated infrastructure such as roads, parks, schools, recreational facilities, and restaurants.
